Simple, honest beginnings
We start with wheat flour, melted jaggery, desi ghee, and a gentle hint of cardamom. The ingredients are brought together slowly until the dough feels soft, fragrant, and ready to shape.

From our kitchen, by hand
Simple ingredients, patient hands, and a golden finish. Here’s a little look at how our thekua comes together.
We start with wheat flour, melted jaggery, desi ghee, and a gentle hint of cardamom. The ingredients are brought together slowly until the dough feels soft, fragrant, and ready to shape.
Small portions are rolled and pressed into a traditional wooden mould, one at a time. That familiar floral pattern gives every piece its handmade character and a little place to catch the golden edges.
The shaped rounds are cooked until crisp, fragrant, and beautifully golden. Once cooled and packed with care, they’re ready for chai time, celebrations, or sharing with someone you love.
Jaggery, wheat, ghee and a little patience. That’s the good stuff.
Shaped and pressed in small batches, never rushed.
Sealed fresh and packed to make someone’s day.

From our home to yours
Thekua reminds us of homecoming, Chhath mornings, and the hands that taught us to make something beautiful from the simplest things. We keep that spirit alive in every batch.
